Abstract
The ever-changing Hong Kong skyline is about to acquire another imposing addition. The Centre will soon become Hong Kong's third tallest building. But it is more than just another office tower. Many interesting design features will make this one of the Territory's most distinctive high-rise towers. Built on four huge concrete "stilts" the building will include a futuristic landscaped Chinese garden, a built-in cleaning pagoda as well as laser beams and built-in rainbow lighting. Boring this building is not.
