Abstract
More and more, advanced technology is helping to stimulate new building, space and design approaches. At the same time when such technologies are part of a building's infrastructure, they can provide valuable support for tenants who require high technology for their business as well as being of benefit to the owners by attracting quality tenants, with an interest in long-term occupancy.
