Abstract
Branksome Crest is the latest addition to Kerry Properties' luxury residential portfolio at Tregunter Path. Located on land adjoining two existing residential towers built in 1976 and now named Branksome Grande, the 44-storey Branksome Crest provides homes in a variety of configurations plus a clubhouse for the entire development. This latest phase takes advantage of an underutilised part of the Branksome site, using the remaining allowable GFA.
