Abstract
Another award-winning project in Edge (HK) Ltd's list of successes has been the clubhouse for the Palm Beach luxury residential development in Tuen Mun. The clubhouse was designed for the exclusive use of residents in the project. Located on the top floor of a podium, the clubhouse facilities comprise a swimming pool with sun deck, a gymnasium, changing rooms with a sauna facility and a verandah sitting out area. Edge was brought onto the RMJM-designed project as interior designer for the clubhouse, common areas and show flats, as well as kitchens and bathrooms in the completed units.
