Abstract
Five years from now, we may well look back on Chuang's Hung Hom Plaza as a catalyst of change; a revolutionary in the quiet back-streets of Hung Hom. Instead of fheads rolling, though, it will be old, shabby buildings, vestiges of a bygone era dominated by low-rise, functional developments.
