Abstract
Dressed in a T-shirt, jeans and baseball cap, Hisanori Morimoto looks surprisingly boyish at 63. Striking a pose for the photographer, he crouches within a circle of freestanding wooden bracnches. The pale, lithe branches seem to have a life of their own, poised - like the broomsticks brought to life by the sorceror's apprentice - to do their master's bidding.
