In this issue, Geoffrey Shaw and Glenn Haley look at the protection afforded by legislation in Hong Kong to employees of subcontractors for the recovery of unpaid wages and the advisability of including a contractual provision in sub-contracts to minimise the cost and disruption often caused by unpaid subcontractors' employees.
