Abstract
Colour is said to be the sole prerogative of savages and women. French colour consultant Michel Cler, and his wife France, totally disagree and for the past 20 years have been putting colour into people's lives all over the world. Indeed, it is thanks to their chromatic studies that Hong Kong's footbridges and housing estates were emancipated from utilitarian grey and white.
