Abstract
One of Hong Kong's most prestigious developments was recently awarded the Hong Kong Institute of Architects Silver Medal Award. The architects and developers of this project had a tricky job; at the commercial hub of the Central business district, Citibank Plaza has many competitors in prestige, but what made this a success is the harmony rather than discord it achieved.
