Abstract
Part two of this essay from Christine Loh and the Citizens party. In a recent AIA Hong Kong newsletter, Loh described her recent involvement in the building field: "We now have a sizable community of architects, planners and allied professionals in Hong Kong, but it's only been in the last few years that this group has begun to want to come together, to do more in public policy and social changes. That is exciting. I am essentially a facilitator, bringing private and public sectors together." In this portion of Building Better, Building Greener, Loh delves into topics like OTTV, "feebates", indoor air quality, waste reduction, building durability, water conservation and alternative building materials.
