Traditionally, developers of industrial and flatted factory buildings in Hong Kong have asked their architects only three questions about the projects: How much?… What's the plot-ratio?… When will it be finished? Lately, a fourth, and somewhat surprising, questiion has been increasingly cropping up - "What will it look like?"
