Abstract
Wanchai, the previously infamous 'Suzie Wong' area of Hong Kong, has rapidly changed over the past decade and now stands as an extension to the commercial and financial centre of Central District.
One of the latest additions to the developing area of Wanchai is the 26-storey Tai Yau Building, which when completed in late '84, will provide 19 floors of modern office space, a four-level podium shopping area, and 6 levels of car parking.
