Abstract
The Hong Kong Housing Authority, Hong Kong's premier developer and landlord, is in the process of putting the finishing touches to the latest in its series of Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) blocks. I met up with Chris Gabriel, Senior Architect with the Housing Authority, to learn more about the 'Concord'.
