Abstract
With sites for industrial installations handling petroleum and chemical products in short supply, providing the location and facilities for the relocation of Mobil Oil Hong Kong's petroleum terminal installation on Tsing Yi was a considerable challenge to project participants.
美孚石油有限公司在六十年代後期，在當時非常荒僻的青衣島東部，建立油庫，但鑑於政府 的城市規劃政策，自八十年代，大量市民遷入青衣島，而油庫帶來的潛在危險，
