Abstract
International Finance Centre is a large mixed-use development to be completed in four phases. The tower which topped out last year is One International Finance Centre - a 38-storey office block. With design by Rocco and a skin by Cesar Pelli, the high-tech exterior bristles with steel fins giving the impression of a space-age rocket-razor poised to fly high over Kowloon.
