Abstract
The Hong Kong Institute of Architects, the Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers and the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors officially launched the Standard Form of Building Constract, 2005, on 11 April 2005. The new form of contract consists of an Agreement and Schedules of Conditions of Main Contract (with quantities) and Conditions of Contract for Nominated Subcontracts and Nominated Supply contracts.
