Abstract
What is it that makes the perfect social/recreational club environment? The sophisticated gymnasium equipment. The size of the lap pool. The peace and quiet of the lounge. The foliage around the pool terrace. The friendliness of the staff. The range of activities for children. The quality and choice of the food and beverage. Basically, what we demand from a club is about as personal as the stuff we rave about our favourite restaurant or the car we drive.
