Abstract
Building maintenance may well have been the least glamorous sector of Hong Kong's thriving property boom. Nevertheless, current market conditions favour a highly positive response to the condition of existing building stock. And when professionally undertaken, a dynamic maintenance programme can significantly revitalise the market rating and value of a building.
