Abstract
In 1999, the quantity surveying firm of Davis Langdon & Seah celebrates fiftieth anniversary in Hong Kong. The prescience of the founders at that time has been borne out by events since, and DLS has grown from its initial six employees to over three hundred. The firm has also diversified and now operates three offices in mainland cities.
In an interview with DLS Chairman ML Ku, Building Journal learned just what makes the firm tick, and how they maintain their strong presence despite the ups-and-downs of regional business.
