Abstract
The gargantuan passenger terminal has received the lion's share of the attention for the new airport project, but there are many other buildings under construction on the island.
Over are four previously unpublished projects for independent buildings on the Chek Lap Kok site, which deserve attention in their own right. They have been designed by three of Hong Kong's most notable firms: Liang Peddle Thorp; RMJM Hong Kong; and Foster Asia, which was also responsible for the main terminal design.
