Abstract
If proof were needed that the combination of a prime location and a developer willing to invest in a first-class hotel property is still on the Hong Kong cards, it's the Harbour Plaza Hotel, which was undertaken by Hutchison-Whampoa Group subsidiary Hutchison International Hotels. (1) Reversed direction, not reversal of fortune.
