Abstract
As we all know construction contracts usually make the contractor's prizing anything off the employer subject to written notice.
Am I right or am I right?
Who do you know who doles out extensions of time or extra cash without having got the contractor to dance along to the notice provisions in his contract? I haven't met anyone who does.
