Abstract
Sun Hung Kai Properties(SHKP) has announced details of its flagship shopping centre development at Millennium City Phase 5 in Kwun Tong. Named APM to reflect its 24-hour access, the 600,000 sq ft project will rise from the LG Level to the 7th floor of a commercial building and will feature direct connections to public transport.
