Abstract
Laguna Verde's combination of urban convenience and rural tranquility, combined with its Imperial Roman allusions and 'resort style" facilities, has had homebuyers flocking to the show suites, as the project begins its launch. The initial batch of 78 flats offered for sale in mid-March was oversubscribed some 180 times, prompting the developer to release additional units.
