Abstract
The Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) has launched the first project in its Senior Citizen Residences (SEN) scheme with Jolly Place in Tseung Kwan O. Planned with reference to retirement homes in Australia, USA and Canada, the development is designed to cater to the specific needs of the elderly.
