Abstract
When it is completed in September 1992, the 78-storey Central Plaza on the Wanchai Reclamation will be the world's tallest reinforced-concrete building, with its highest point 374.34m(1,228.15 feet) above ground level, including a 60-m mast.
Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd executive director and co-project manager David C Lee brings us up to date on this three-stage project, which he describes as "one that takes standard Hong Kong construction methods to their highest point ever."
