Abstract
Wacky toilets are all very well in a bar that you visit perhaps once a week, but living full-time with a bathroom in your own home is a different matter. Tied by the domestic needs of the individual and the ever-present problem of space in Hong Kong, residential bathrooms need to be carefully planned by the designer.
Several examples of recent projects by Hong Kong designers have been selected and it will be interesting to note whether Denise's observation of the bathroom fitting trends are in fact being observed by the designers.
