Abstract
Hong Kong is renowned the world over for its shopping. Shopping malls in every shape and form have blossomed in the Territory over the last decade with many well-known malls such as New World Centre, Pacific Place, Harbour City attracting shoppers with their diversified retail, food and entertainment outlets. The latest addition, The Palace Mall, is unique for it is the first entirely underground mall to be found in Hong Kong.
