Abstract
Threading a line through from Hong Kong to CLK has provided major problems for the Mass Transit Railway Corporation (MTRC). The airport railway touches upon all other aspects of the ACP. The MTRC's work will shape how a major section of the visible part of new Kowloon and Hong Kong island will look.
