Abstract
In my final project at Hong Kong University a decade ago, one physical form of an urban structure - the Ecopolis - was chosen to interpret the unforeseeable crises involving energy, economy, environment and ecology.
It was a vision of a city in the future, when cities will be in conflict with the natural environments into which they have been placed, with Nature and with the pre-urban ecosystem of which man was once a part.
