Abstract
In designing the Star Television Network complex, Ng Chun Man & Associates Architects & Engineers (HK) Ltd met a ten-month concept design to occupation permit deadline within an adamant District Land Office directive that said produce a Space Age establishment, but do so without imposing it and its facilities, especially the satellite dish, on the earthbound local surroundings.
