Abstract
This is the second time that Sedgwick James Chartered Ltd has taken up space in Standard Chartered Bank. For Liz Dewar & Associates, the client is not new either. The designers aimed at functionality. The office straddles two floors but the arrangement works outs well with an open plan office. Question marks rose, however, over the usage of space near crenellated windows.
