Abstract
First started in 1965, the annual Hong Kong institute of architects [HKIA] awards acknowledge excellence in architecture in Hong Kong and buildings which enhance the city's quality of life. (1) The certificate of merit (a) Jockey Club Environmental Building at Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong by Simon Kwan & Associates. (b) Chuang's City Tower at Morrison Hill Road, Wanchai, designed by P&T Architects and Engineers.
