Royal Bank of Canada: Balance tipped in favour of the personal

Abstract
Royal Bank of Canada was specific about projecting a "personal touch." Interior designers Ronald Adrianse & Associates were careful not to strew the office with paraphernalia such as typewriters and filing cabinets. Instead, this has floral arrangements on pedestals, and sheer nets and drapes in the vice president's office and meeting rooms.
