Abstract
At the coal face of one of Hong Kong's most pressing issues - that of the threat to the city's architectural and public planning heritage, David Chan, Divisional Director and Head of Building Consultancy and Facility Management for Knight Frank, recently ran for Legco in Hong Kong. What marked Chan's campaign from the political platforms of other participants, however was his precise desire not to win - at all costs.
