Abstract
Housed in the Atlantis resort on Dubai's Palm Jumeirah island, this restaurant-and-bar from the Rockwell stable is the first Nobu in the Middle East - the kind of announcement guaranteed to get style-watchers' knickers in a knot. Befitting the name of the larger setting, the design is based on the idea of an underwater cave.
