Abstract
Formerly located at Ka Wai Man Road, Kennedy Town, the Singapore International School recently moved to a larger campus at 23, Nam Long Shan Road, Aberdeen. The geometrically arranged exterior, dressed up in its tropical finery, suggests a colourful learning experience is to be had within: a rectangular block kisses its drum-shaped cousin; the former striped in lilac and yellow, the latter ringed in pink and indigo bands, Such an unusual creation does credit to architects P&T, who have produced a school devoid of the functionalism which so often mars instituional design.
