Abstract
A unique and high profile wetland park and visitor's centre recently opened in Hong Kong's North West New Territories. At a cost of approximately HK$500 Million, the Hong Kong Wetland Park will provide a much needed world class educational, tourism and recreational facility to Hong Kong, in addition to serving ecological and environmental mitigation functions for the area.
