Abstract
Castle Peak Hospital, a facility for the mentally ill built in 1961, is in the midst of an extensive, phased, renovation programme. Two blocks from phase one were completed in September. A project architect from the Architectural Services Department (ArchSD) took me on a guided tour and I was suitably impressed by the new facilities. It's light years away from Bedlam.
