Abstract
Suntec City is the single largest privately-owned commercial development in Singapore, covering 490,000 sq m of convention, exhibition, office and retail space. The more than S$1.7 billion (HK$8 billion) development comprises the purpose-built Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre, four 45-storey office towers, an 18-storey office building, a three-storey retail and commercial podium and more than 3,200 parking lots.
Suntec's five office buildings have a combined GFA of almost 300,000 sq m and are expected to house a daily working population of 22,000 people.
擁有49萬sq m巨梁與浮架層會議﹑展覽﹑辦公與零售空間的Suntec City, 是新加坡最大的一項私人商業發展計劃。此項投資超過17億新加坡元 (80億港元) 的計劃, 包括新加坡國際會議展覽中心﹑四幢45層寫字樓﹑一幢18層寫字樓﹑3個零售商業裙樓和超過3200個停車位。其五幢寫字樓有總計達30萬sq m的建築毛面積, 估計可容納多達22000人。
