Abstract
Drilling 300 deep friction-bored piles and carrying out excavation work on a narrow, steep site in Hong Kong's Mid-Levels area is not a simple task at any time. It's even less so when one of Hong Kong's most historic buildings is perched on simple foundations on a ledge above the site. But Beazer Asia's subsidiary Franki Kier successfully did the work, on time and within budget.
在港島半山區一個陡斜而狹窄的地盤，進行挖掘和鑽入三百支深邃的摩擦鑽樁，任何時間均非易事，加上原址隔鄰為本港其中一幢歷史最悠久的建築物，地基脆弱，位置險峻，令工程倍加困難。
但比莎亞洲的附屬公司建新基利，不但準時完成工程，還完全沒有超出預算。
該地盤位於羅便臣道七十號，連接衛城道，呈三角形，毗鄰猶太教堂。太古地產買入地盤後計劃興建兩幢四十七層高的住宅大廈，包括六層高平台。
