Abstract
The Hong Kong Government is making a conscious effort to upgrade both the architectural design and interior finishings of its public rental housing while still pursuing its annual housing target of 35,000 units. The construction of the Hang On Estate, part of the Ma On Shan development, sees the introduction of advanced formwork technology - System Formwork and the Outinord Half Tunnel Formwork.
