Abstract
As the size of the Hong Kong Housing Authority and its responsibilities as one of the world's largest developers of rental housing both expanded, the organisation and staff outgrew the 16,875-sq m office space of the existing headquarters building adjacent to the Oi Man Estate, Homantin, Kowloon.
