Abstract
Designers have already witnessed how significant changes to the workplace are occurring at an organisational and management level. According to Dr Francis Duffy, employees will continue to be more satisfied, whilst efficiency, creativity and productivity are on the rise. Duffy was in Hong Kong last year at the invitation of international office furniture company Haworth. The following is extracted from a workshop presentation titled 'Global Trends on Office Design', which he shared with local designers.
