Abstract
Located at 1 Austin Road West in Tsim Sha Tsui. The Arch is a spectacular residential development separated into four blocks, namely, Sky Tower, Sun Tower, Star Tower and Moon Tower respectively. Most units have three bedrooms and range from 1,100 to 1,400 sq ft, while others have one or two bedrooms measuring from approximately 500 to 760 sq ft. It has 1,054 residential units plus five triples Sky House with either private pools or Jacuzzi, together with sky garden, balcony and glass curtain wall at the lowest living/dining room level.
