Landscape into the 1990s: Achilles' choice

Citation
Building journal Hong Kong China, Feb, 1991, pp. 41-43
Abstract
Landscape architects in Hong Kong will, in 1991, be confronted by the need to make a choice of roads - a high road or a low road. The fact that the route forks, and that the choice will be mandatory, stems directly from the history of the Hong Kong Institute of Landscape Architects (HKILA), how landscape architecture as a discipline was established locally and the place it has occupied in the environmental movement of the past decade. (1) Led by the nose (2) Tumultuous 13 years (3) Choice is ours (4) Excellence, with a reservation (5) Raising issues (6) Massive overkill (7) Solving this mess
