Abstract
As the Philippines finally shakes off its image as the 'sick man of Asia', the prospects for the construction industry there have improved greatly. Manila prepares for its first World Building Exhibition, scheduled for the 26-29 March, which is hoped to introduce the local industry to new technology. D. Osabel meets Joseph Ang, the man behind the event.
