Abstract
The Royalton II development shares a site with a preceding phase of development, located in front of the Queen Mary Hospital complex and fronting an unobstructed view over the Lamma Channel. Although using a single piece of land, the two phases of development are built in different styles, with Royalton II's apartments developed with exclusivity in mind. Rising 24 storeys, the development features a single apartment per typical floor plus two duplexes at the top, all offering propective residents the luxury of greater privacy whicle positioning layouts to take full advantage of the hillside vantage point.
