Abstract
In this article, Veronica Fok, an associate in the Construction Practice Group of Baker & McKenzie, reviews some controversial proposed amendments to the Buildings Ordinance which have recently been gazetted. If enacted, these amendments will have far-reaching consequences for the Hong Kong construction industry.
