Abstract
Building professionals in Hong Kong know that the property market has been something of a roller coaster during the last few years. One sector which has been battered but remains resilient is the residential market. As of this writing, SAR residents' interest in purchasing flats at perceived market rates seems as strong as ever. Although real estate is well off the giddy highs of a few years ago, Hong Kong is still a highly valued location by individuals and companies throughout the region - in many ways, even more so as price levels are not quite so stratospheric. Over two issues, Building Journal is taking a look at selected residential projects in Hong Kong, providing information and comparisons.
